After you review your estimate and any questions have been answered a second visit is scheduled to sign the contract for your project, where we agree about our company responsibilities, payment schedules etc.

Depending on the size of your bathroom, It would take between 4-6 hours to complete a 3pc bathroom demolition

We look into the structure if any water damage and mold, as well if there’s the need to relocate plumbing and or electrical as agreed with you.

We also check the ventilation and install a fan rated for  the dimensions of your bathroom cubic feet (CFM). Also Inspections from the municipality  if needed for your particular project.

At this stage we install the vapour barrier if needed, Denshield/Cement board and the finishing tile materials you’ve chosen.
